EyeQ: Automated Retinal Cell Quantification

EyeQ is EyeCRO’s proprietary retinal ganglion cell (RGC) quantification platform. The software automates cell counting from retinal flatmount images, generating cell counter overlays and density heat maps that provide both total counts and regional distribution analysis.

This eliminates the subjectivity and time constraints of manual counting, delivering consistent, reproducible results across large sample sets. EyeQ is used routinely in our optic nerve crush, ischemia reperfusion, and glaucoma models.
